These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Gamerald, Friedrich-Ebert-Straße 32, 22848 Norderstedt in Germany.
By installing or using our applications you agree to our Terms of Use as well as our privacy policy.

If you do not agree to these terms do neither install nor use our applications. These terms commence on the date you install one of our applications and end on the date you uninstall it.

Through this purchase or use of our applications, Gamerald grants you a personal limited non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use these applications non-commercial. Any commercial use is prohibited. Any modification of user content requires explicit written approval from Gamerald. You are expressly prohibited from renting, transferring, sub-licensing, leasing or otherwise distributing these applications or rights to use these applications. Furthermore you may not otherwise copy, publish, modify, display, seek to disable, distribute, perform, transfer, create works from, or use these applications or any components of it, except as expressly authorized by Gamerald in written form.

These terms do not entitle you to receive (telephone) support, maintenance, enhancements or updates from Gamerald to our applications.

We explicitly reserve our right to change our privacy policy from time to time. If we do so, we will place a notice on our website news blog.
